How to Use

1. Remove cap and twiddle the back part clockwise until gel covers the brush. 2. Brush a thin layer of gel on your teeth for 1 minute. 3. Rinse mouth after 30 minutes. Usage Guidelines: For first time users, we recommend you use for 30 minutes. For follow-up treatments, use for 10-20 minutes to achieve desired whiteness.
