How to Use

1. Put a small drop of gel into tray. 2. Put the tray in mouth. 3. Put LED ligtht over top trays in mouth. After Use: Remove trays, rinse, brush teeth. Clean the trays with cold water before and after use. Usage Guidelines: For first time users, we recommend you use for 30 minutes. For follow-up treatments, use for 10-20 minutes to achieve desired whiteness.
